1. Acceptance of Terms

Before using our App, please read and accept these Terms of Service carefully. By using our App, you agree to comply with all terms and conditions in this agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please exit or uninstall the App.

2. User License

Subject to compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use our App. This license is for personal, non-commercial use only.

3. User Responsibilities

• You agree not to use our App for any illegal activities, including but not limited to infringing the rights of others, distributing malware, or posting obscene content.
• You agree not to interfere with, damage, or disrupt the normal operation of our App.
• You agree to be responsible for all activities conducted under your account and password, and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
• You agree not to share your account information with others in order to protect your account security.
• You agree to keep your account information accurate and up to date, and to bear the consequences of any inaccurate or outdated information.
• You agree not to use our App to engage in any conduct that violates this agreement or applicable laws and regulations.
• You agree not to negatively affect other users' experience or engage in any behavior that may interfere with, damage, or affect the operation of the App.
• Abuse or bulk registration of accounts to obtain free or trial service benefits is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to gain improper benefits through identity forgery, false information, mass account creation, or repeated trial abuse will result in immediate suspension of the accounts involved.
• Any form of verbal abuse, insult, threat, or harassment directed at platform staff, customer support, or other users is strictly prohibited; posting provocative, hateful, or divisive content or behavior — especially content that undermines China-Vietnam friendly relations — is strictly prohibited.
• In the event of any violation described above, the platform reserves the right to restrict features, suspend, or permanently ban the account without prior notice. The platform bears no liability for compensation arising from bans due to violations, and any fees already paid (including membership and virtual services) will not be refunded.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

We offer paid and subscription services, and users may choose a service plan according to their needs. Lifetime users will enjoy the following benefits:

• Service Plans: We offer multiple service plans, including basic and premium tiers. Users may choose the plan that best suits their needs and budget.
• Subscription Period: The subscription period depends on the plan chosen by the user and may be monthly, quarterly, or annual. Users may choose the subscription period that best suits their needs.
• System Maintenance Commitment: We are committed to maintaining the system as much as possible to ensure normal operation. However, if the system experiences a failure or service is interrupted due to force majeure, we will do our best to discuss and agree on a solution with affected users.
• Refund Policy: Virtual goods are non-refundable once purchased. Malicious refund requests that cause losses to BaiYueNanCi will be handled by account suspension. For lifetime users, refund eligibility depends on the length of time the service has been used. If the App becomes unusable due to a system failure or other force majeure event that cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, we will issue a refund based on the actual circumstances. Refunds will be calculated based on the subscription period purchased and actual usage, and will be processed as promptly as possible after a refund request is received.

For all other users, once payment is completed, it is deemed that you have agreed to purchase the related service, and the fee paid is non-refundable.

We reserve the right to modify service plans and subscription periods at any time. Changes to membership features may be made without prior notice, and continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

5. Legal Provision: Study Group Data Management

When you join a study group or account created by a company, training institution, or other organization, you agree that the administrator or group manager has the right to download your learning data, email address, and App ID for management and statistical purposes. This data collection only takes effect when you voluntarily join such a group or account, and by joining you are deemed to have consented to providing this information.

If you do not wish to provide the information above, you may simply leave the group or account. After leaving, your related information will no longer be accessible to or downloadable by that group or its administrator.

7. Intellectual Property

Our App contains content protected by intellectual property laws, including but not limited to software, text, images, icons, audio, and video. Unless you have obtained our express permission, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or otherwise exploit this content.

Users may not exploit vulnerabilities to misappropriate material from this application, including but not limited to corpora, word banks, sentences, text, and images.

8. Disclaimer

Our App is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. We are not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of our App.

Our App may contain user-generated content, which is for reference only and is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or useful. Users should understand that reliance on such content may result in misunderstanding or error due to inaccuracy or incompleteness.

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from a user's reliance on content while using our App. Users bear all risk associated with using our App.

We reserve the right to change, modify, remove, or suspend any content or feature at any time without prior notice to users.

Users understand and agree that content provided in our App is for reference only and does not constitute any form of guarantee or commitment.
